How To Apply/Sizing

Prepare your own hair to make sure that it sits as flatly and as smoothly as possible against your head. You can do this by wrapping your hair flat against your head and securing it with your own hair pins. You can also choose to secure your hair by wearing a wig cap.
Put the wig on your head, making sure that the adjustable elastic straps sit at the back of your head. Slide the internal combs into you own hair and adjust the elasticated straps for a snug fit. We recommend adding a few of your own hair pins for greater security.
Adjust the wig along the hairline to make it look natural.
The wig’s cap is made with stretchy material that fits up to a medium sized head.

Care & Washing Instructions

We want your hair extensions, wigsand hair pieces to last as long as possible so we need you to follow these instructions carefully:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Always, always brush the hair before and after wearing to make sure that it is not matted after you have worn it.

We recommend that you do not sleep in your wig or hair piece as this will cause matting and will dramatically reduce the lifespan and quality of the hair.

Synthetic Hair Wigs and Hair Pieces

We recommended synthetic wigs for occasional wear only but not daily wear as synthetic hair has a much shorter lifespan than human hair. We highly recommend spraying synthetic wigs with Fabrique Conditioning Spray and brushing gently before and after wearing. For human hair wigs, spray regularly with Leave in Conditioner Spray.

Colour, bleach, toner or any other chemical process (including a perm) should not be applied to synthetic hair.

Human Hair Wigs

These should be brushed gently and sprayed with a high quality Leave-In Conditioner Spray before and after wearing.

We cannot accept any responsibility for damage is caused by the addition of colour, bleach, toner or if any other chemical process (including a perm) to the hair.

Don’t allow the wig to dry out - only hair growing from a scalp receives lubrication from the scalp oils. So, spray regularly with a good quality Leave-In Conditioner Spray. You can also apply a little Rose Gold Heat Protector or Mashooq Oil daily to the hair and always before applying any heated hair appliance to the hair.

The excessive use of heated appliances will dramatically reduce the lifespan and quality of the hair. Only use heated appliances of up to 120 Celsius and always apply a good quality heat protection product such as Rose Gold Oil Pro before applying heat.

WASHING & CONDITIONING INSTRUCTIONS

Before you wash the wig, give the hair a thorough but gentle brush to remove any knots or tangles.

Dilute some sulphate free Shampoo in warm water (never hot) in a washbasin. Very gently wash the hair in this water, holding the wig at the front, never scrunching the hair or allowing it to become matted.

To condition, apply asalon quality Conditioner. Keeping the hair straight at all times, and holding the wig at the front, comb the conditioner through the hair with a wide tooth comb from top to bottom avoiding the root area. Leave on the conditioner for 3-5 minutes and then rinse out with warm (never hot) water.

Blot the hair (but do not rub) with a towel to remove excess water and allow to air dry. You can also blow dry carefully on a medium heat setting.

When cool, spray synthetic hair wigs lightly with Fabrique Conditioning Spray.

You can use a high quality Dry shampoo from time to time instead of washing with water.

Try this oh dear dolly hack to give your human hair extensions or human hair wig a deep penetrating conditioning treatment (not for synthetic hair):

After removing your hair extensions or wig, coat the hair shaft liberally with Mashooq Oil (keeping the product well away from the wefted area or taped area of your extensions or the root/cap area of your wig).
Wrap hair shaft only with cling film.
Place the hair shaft only in a plastic bag and seal with an elastic band, leaving the wefted area or taped area of your extensions or the root/cap area of your wig on the outside of the plastic bag.
Leave in a warm place for an hour or better still, overnight if you have the time.
Follow the washing instructions for the product.

Returning an Item To Us

We hope that you will be really happy with your purchase. If an item is unsuitable for you, we would be happy to exchange it or offer a refund - we just ask that we receive the item back within 21 days of placing your order, unworn and in its original undamaged packaging.
